Termini e condizioni

Questi Termini regolano l'uso di Bandolo (getbandolo.com) e l'acquisto del piano Pro. Sono scritti per essere letti: se qualcosa non è chiaro, scrivici a [email protected].

1. Chi siamo

Bandolo è gestito e venduto da:

  • Titolare e venditore: [da completare: denominazione, oppure nome e cognome, del titolare e venditore]
  • Forma giuridica: [da completare: persona fisica, ditta individuale, società…]
  • Sede o domicilio: [da completare: indirizzo completo della sede o del domicilio]
  • Partita IVA o codice fiscale: [da completare: partita IVA oppure codice fiscale]

In questi Termini «noi» indica il titolare qui sopra; «tu» indica chi usa il servizio, per sé o per conto di un'impresa o di un ente.

2. Che cos'è Bandolo

Bandolo è un servizio online che raccoglie da fonti pubbliche italiane, europee e internazionali bandi, gare d'appalto, concorsi, borse e finanziamenti, e li abbina al profilo di imprese e di professionisti e persone fisiche. In pratica:

  • crei un profilo, d'impresa o personale, scrivendolo a mano o caricando un documento da cui estraiamo i dati;
  • ricevi un elenco di avvisi ordinati per affinità, con un punteggio e una spiegazione;
  • puoi salvare gli avvisi, seguire le scadenze e ricevere avvisi per email;
  • puoi far preparare all'intelligenza artificiale bozze di testi (domande, offerte, analisi) e usare gli altri strumenti descritti nel sito.

Non siamo un ente pubblico, un intermediario finanziario né uno studio professionale. I limiti del servizio sono spiegati nel Disclaimer, che fa parte di questi Termini.

3. Account

Per usare il servizio serve un account. La registrazione e l'accesso sono gestiti da un fornitore esterno, Clerk (vedi l'Informativa privacy): puoi registrarti con email e password oppure con il tuo account Google. Devi essere maggiorenne, dare informazioni vere e custodire le tue credenziali. Non è consentito aprire più account per aggirare i limiti del piano gratuito o ripetere la prova gratuita.

Registrandoti e usando il servizio accetti questi Termini.

4. Piano gratuito e prova

Il piano gratuito non ha scadenza e non richiede dati di pagamento. Ha limiti d'uso, per esempio sul numero di testi generati ogni mese, indicati nella pagina Prezzi. Ai nuovi account può essere attivata in automatico una prova gratuita delle funzioni Pro (oggi di 3 giorni): finita la prova l'account torna al piano gratuito, senza alcun addebito.

5. Piano Pro: che cosa compri

  • Oggetto: l'accesso alle funzioni Pro di Bandolo, elencate nella pagina Prezzi, per 31 giorni a partire dalla conferma del pagamento.
  • Prezzo: quello indicato nella pagina Prezzi e nella pagina di pagamento al momento dell'acquisto. Alla data di questo documento è di 49,00 euro per ciascun periodo di 31 giorni; è il totale che paghi, senza altri importi aggiunti. È un prezzo di lancio: può cambiare per gli acquisti futuri, mai per un periodo già pagato.
  • Nessun rinnovo automatico: ogni acquisto è un pagamento singolo, non un abbonamento con addebito ricorrente. Alla scadenza dei 31 giorni l'account torna al piano gratuito e non ti viene addebitato nulla; se vuoi continuare, acquisti un nuovo periodo. Finché un periodo Pro è attivo il sistema non accetta un secondo pagamento.
  • Pagamento: avviene sul sito di PayPal, con il tuo conto PayPal o con le carte che PayPal accetta. Noi non riceviamo e non conserviamo i dati della tua carta.
  • Attivazione: automatica, quando PayPal ci comunica che il pagamento è andato a buon fine; di solito bastano pochi secondi. Il Pro viene attivato sull'account con cui hai avviato il pagamento. Se dopo qualche minuto non risulta attivo, scrivici allegando la ricevuta di PayPal: lo attiviamo a mano.
  • Ricevuta: dopo il pagamento il sistema prepara una ricevuta in PDF, intestata al venditore indicato all'articolo 1, e la spedisce all'indirizzo email dell'account. Il trattamento fiscale dell'operazione è indicato sulla ricevuta. Se non ti arriva, scrivici e te la inviamo.

6. Recesso e rimborsi

Se acquisti come consumatore, cioè per scopi estranei alla tua attività professionale o d'impresa, hai diritto di recedere dall'acquisto del piano Pro entro 14 giorni dal pagamento, senza dare alcuna motivazione. Basta scriverci a [email protected] dall'indirizzo dell'account, dicendo che vuoi recedere e indicando, se puoi, il numero della transazione PayPal. Ti rimborsiamo l'intero importo sullo stesso mezzo usato per pagare (PayPal) entro 14 giorni da quando riceviamo la tua comunicazione; con il rimborso l'accesso Pro viene disattivato.

Se acquisti nell'ambito della tua attività (impresa, professionista, ente) il diritto di recesso previsto per i consumatori non si applica. Se però il servizio non ha funzionato per cause nostre, scrivici: quando il disservizio è nostro rimborsiamo, in tutto o in parte.

In ogni caso: se paghi due volte per errore, o se il pagamento va a buon fine ma il Pro non viene attivato, ti rimborsiamo oppure attiviamo il periodo dovuto. I rimborsi passano sempre da PayPal. Restano fermi tutti i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori, compresa la garanzia legale di conformità dei servizi digitali.

7. Donazioni

Dalla pagina Prezzi puoi anche sostenere il progetto con una donazione volontaria tramite PayPal, dell'importo che scegli. La donazione non dà diritto ad alcuna prestazione e non attiva il piano Pro. Se hai donato per errore, scrivici.

8. Intelligenza artificiale e contenuti

I punteggi di affinità, le spiegazioni, le analisi e le bozze sono prodotti con modelli di intelligenza artificiale di fornitori esterni, elencati nell'Informativa privacy. Sono un aiuto, non un giudizio definitivo: possono contenere errori, omissioni o informazioni inventate. Quando l'intelligenza artificiale non è disponibile alcune funzioni possono non essere utilizzabili in quel momento.

I dati e i documenti che carichi restano tuoi: ci autorizzi a trattarli solo per fornirti il servizio. Anche i testi generati per te sono a tua disposizione: li usi sotto la tua responsabilità, dopo averli verificati.

Gli avvisi mostrati provengono da fonti pubbliche che non controlliamo: prima di partecipare verifica sempre testo, requisiti e scadenze sulla fonte ufficiale.

9. Uso corretto

Ti chiediamo di non: usare il servizio per scopi illeciti; caricare documenti o dati di altre persone senza averne il diritto; tentare di accedere a dati o aree riservate altrui; estrarre in modo automatico e massivo i contenuti del sito; sovraccaricare di proposito l'infrastruttura; rivendere il servizio senza un accordo scritto con noi. In caso di violazioni gravi possiamo sospendere o chiudere l'account. Se chiudiamo un account con un periodo Pro in corso per ragioni che non dipendono da una tua violazione, rimborsiamo la parte di periodo non goduta.

10. Disponibilità del servizio

Lavoriamo perché Bandolo sia sempre raggiungibile, ma non possiamo prometterlo: il servizio può interrompersi per manutenzione, guasti o limiti dei fornitori su cui si appoggia. Possiamo modificare o togliere funzioni; se una modifica riduce in modo sostanziale ciò che hai pagato, puoi chiedere il rimborso della parte di periodo Pro non goduta.

11. Responsabilità

Bandolo è uno strumento di ricerca e di supporto: la decisione di partecipare a un bando, il contenuto di ciò che presenti e il rispetto delle scadenze restano tuoi. Non garantiamo che otterrai un finanziamento, un incarico o un posto, né che l'elenco degli avvisi sia completo o aggiornato in ogni momento.

Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, rispondiamo dei danni che sono conseguenza diretta di un nostro inadempimento e, se acquisti nell'ambito della tua attività, per un importo non superiore a quanto ci hai pagato nei dodici mesi precedenti. Nulla in questi Termini esclude o limita la nostra responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave, né i diritti che la legge riconosce in modo inderogabile ai consumatori.

12. Chiudere l'account

Puoi cancellare l'account in qualsiasi momento da Impostazioni → «Elimina account». Che cosa viene cancellato e che cosa resta è spiegato punto per punto nell'Informativa privacy. Cancellare l'account durante un periodo Pro non dà diritto, di per sé, a un rimborso, salvo il recesso dell'articolo 6.

13. Modifiche a questi Termini

Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini; la data in alto indica l'ultima versione. Le modifiche valgono per il futuro: a un periodo Pro già pagato si applicano le condizioni in vigore al momento dell'acquisto.

14. Legge applicabile e controversie

Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore restano ferme le tutele inderogabili della legge del Paese in cui risiedi, ed è competente il giudice del luogo in cui hai la residenza o il domicilio. Negli altri casi è competente il foro del luogo in cui ha sede il titolare. Prima di qualsiasi lite, scrivici: quasi tutto si risolve con una email.

Questo documento è disponibile in italiano e in inglese. In caso di differenze fa fede la versione italiana.

These Terms govern the use of Bandolo (getbandolo.com) and the purchase of the Pro plan. They are written to be read: if anything is unclear, write to us at [email protected].

1. Who we are

Bandolo is operated and sold by:

  • Owner and seller: [to be completed: name of the data controller and seller]
  • Legal form: [to be completed: private individual, sole trader, company…]
  • Registered office or domicile: [to be completed: full address of the registered office or domicile]
  • VAT number or tax code: [to be completed: VAT number or tax code]
  • Contact: [email protected]

In these Terms "we" means the owner above; "you" means whoever uses the service, for themselves or on behalf of a business or an organisation.

2. What Bandolo is

Bandolo is an online service that collects grants, public tenders, public-sector job competitions, scholarships and funding calls from Italian, European and international public sources, and matches them to the profile of businesses and of professionals and individuals. In practice:

  • you create a business or personal profile, by typing it in or by uploading a document from which we extract the data;
  • you get a list of notices ranked by relevance, with a score and an explanation;
  • you can save notices, track deadlines and receive email alerts;
  • you can ask the artificial intelligence to prepare draft texts (applications, bids, analyses) and use the other tools described on the site.

We are not a public body, a financial intermediary or a professional firm. The limits of the service are explained in the Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

3. Account

You need an account to use the service. Sign-up and sign-in are handled by an external provider, Clerk (see the Privacy Policy): you can register with email and password or with your Google account. You must be of legal age, give true information and keep your credentials safe. Opening several accounts to get around the limits of the free plan or to repeat the free trial is not allowed.

By registering and using the service you accept these Terms.

4. Free plan and trial

The free plan has no expiry date and requires no payment details. It has usage limits, for example on the number of texts generated each month, shown on the Pricing page. New accounts may automatically receive a free trial of the Pro features (currently 3 days): when the trial ends the account goes back to the free plan, with no charge.

5. Pro plan: what you buy

  • What: access to Bandolo's Pro features, listed on the Pricing page, for 31 days from the confirmation of payment.
  • Price: the one shown on the Pricing page and on the payment page at the time of purchase. At the date of this document it is EUR 49.00 for each 31-day period; that is the total you pay, with nothing added. It is a launch price: it may change for future purchases, never for a period already paid.
  • No automatic renewal: each purchase is a single payment, not a subscription with recurring charges. When the 31 days end the account goes back to the free plan and you are not charged anything; if you want to continue, you buy a new period. While a Pro period is active the system does not accept a second payment.
  • Payment: it takes place on PayPal's website, with your PayPal account or with the cards PayPal accepts. We do not receive or store your card details.
  • Activation: automatic, when PayPal tells us the payment went through; it usually takes a few seconds. Pro is activated on the account you started the payment from. If it is not active after a few minutes, write to us attaching the PayPal receipt: we will activate it by hand.
  • Receipt: after payment the system prepares a PDF receipt, issued by the seller named in section 1, and sends it to the account's email address. The tax treatment of the transaction is stated on the receipt. If it does not arrive, write to us and we will send it.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

If you buy as a consumer, that is for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the Pro plan within 14 days of payment, without giving any reason. Just write to us at [email protected] from the account's address, saying you want to withdraw and, if you can, giving the PayPal transaction number. We refund the full amount through the same means of payment (PayPal) within 14 days of receiving your message; with the refund, Pro access is switched off.

If you buy in the course of your business (company, professional, organisation) the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. However, if the service did not work because of us, write to us: when the fault is ours we refund, in full or in part.

In any case: if you pay twice by mistake, or if the payment goes through but Pro is not activated, we either refund you or activate the period you are owed. Refunds always go through PayPal. All rights that the law grants to consumers remain unaffected, including the legal guarantee of conformity of digital services.

7. Donations

From the Pricing page you can also support the project with a voluntary donation through PayPal, for the amount you choose. A donation does not entitle you to any service and does not activate the Pro plan. If you donated by mistake, write to us.

8. Artificial intelligence and content

Relevance scores, explanations, analyses and drafts are produced with artificial-intelligence models from external providers, listed in the Privacy Policy. They are an aid, not a final judgement: they may contain errors, omissions or made-up information. When the artificial intelligence is unavailable, some features may not be usable at that moment.

The data and documents you upload remain yours: you authorise us to process them only to provide the service. The texts generated for you are also yours to use: you use them under your own responsibility, after checking them.

The notices shown come from public sources we do not control: before applying, always check the text, requirements and deadlines on the official source.

9. Fair use

We ask you not to: use the service for unlawful purposes; upload other people's documents or data without the right to do so; try to access other people's data or restricted areas; extract the site's content automatically and in bulk; deliberately overload the infrastructure; resell the service without a written agreement with us. In case of serious breaches we may suspend or close the account. If we close an account with a Pro period in progress for reasons that do not depend on a breach by you, we refund the unused part of the period.

10. Availability of the service

We work to keep Bandolo always reachable, but we cannot promise it: the service may stop for maintenance, faults or limits of the providers it relies on. We may change or remove features; if a change substantially reduces what you paid for, you can ask for a refund of the unused part of the Pro period.

11. Liability

Bandolo is a search and support tool: the decision to apply, the content of what you submit and meeting the deadlines remain yours. We do not guarantee that you will obtain funding, a contract or a position, nor that the list of notices is complete or up to date at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable for damage that is the direct consequence of our failure to perform and, if you buy in the course of your business, for an amount not exceeding what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights the law mandatorily grants to consumers.

12. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → "Delete Account". What is deleted and what remains is explained point by point in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the account during a Pro period does not in itself entitle you to a refund, apart from the withdrawal in section 6.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply for the future: a Pro period already paid is governed by the conditions in force at the time of purchase.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live remain unaffected, and the competent court is that of your place of residence or domicile. In all other cases the competent court is that of the place where the owner is established. Before any dispute, write to us: almost everything can be solved with an email.
