  • possono produrre errori, omissioni e informazioni inventate, anche con tono sicuro;
  • possono fraintendere il tuo profilo, il testo dell'avviso o le norme;
  • non verificano se un'informazione è aggiornata o giuridicamente corretta;

6. Che cosa resta a te

  • decidere se partecipare;
  • verificare requisiti, documenti e scadenze sulla fonte ufficiale;
  • controllare e correggere ogni testo prima di usarlo;
  • rispettare le scadenze: gli avvisi e i promemoria di Bandolo sono un aiuto, e possono non arrivare;

This page explains what Bandolo is and what it is not, and which checks remain yours. It is part of the Terms and Conditions. Bandolo is operated by [to be completed: name of the data controller and seller]; for any doubt write to [email protected].

1. What Bandolo is, and what it is not

Bandolo is a search and support tool: it collects grants, tenders, public-sector job competitions, scholarships and funding calls from public sources and matches them to the profile of businesses, professionals and individuals, with the help of artificial intelligence.

Whoever operates Bandolo is not a public body or an issuing authority, a financial or credit intermediary, a financial adviser, an accountant, an employment consultant, a lawyer or a professional firm. The service is not legal, tax, financial, accounting or employment advice, and does not guarantee that you will obtain funding, a contract or a position.

2. Notices come from sources we do not control

  • Notices are read automatically from public websites and databases, in Italy and abroad. The reading can be wrong or lag behind: a notice may have expired, been changed, suspended or withdrawn after the last update, and some data (amounts, dates, requirements) may be missing or inaccurate.
  • The list is not complete: there may be notices suited to you that Bandolo does not show.
  • When a piece of data is not available we try to say so, instead of filling it in.
  • Before applying, always check the text, requirements, amounts and deadlines on the official source of the issuing body.

3. Artificial intelligence can be wrong

Scores, explanations, analyses and drafts are produced with artificial-intelligence models from external providers (the list is in the Privacy Policy). These models work by probability:

  • they can produce errors, omissions and made-up information, even in a confident tone;
  • they can misunderstand your profile, the text of the notice or the rules;
  • they do not check whether a piece of information is up to date or legally correct;
  • they may be unavailable, or answer differently from one day to the next, because they depend on the providers.

4. The relevance score is a ranking, not a verdict

The score is used to rank notices from the most to the least relevant to your profile. A high score does not mean you meet all the requirements; a low score does not mean you are excluded. The result depends on the data you entered: an incomplete or outdated profile gives unreliable results. Eligibility is decided only by the issuing body, on the official text.

5. Drafts are drafts

Generated texts (applications, bids, reports, plans) are not ready to be submitted. They may contain wrong or made-up data, fail to meet the formal requirements of the notice or not match your real situation. They must always be reread, corrected and completed by you or by a competent person. What you submit, you submit in your own name.

6. What remains yours

  • deciding whether to apply;
  • checking requirements, documents and deadlines on the official source;
  • checking and correcting every text before using it;
  • meeting deadlines: Bandolo's alerts and reminders are an aid, and may not arrive;
  • getting help, when needed, from a qualified professional.

7. A piece of advice

For applications that matter (significant amounts, declarations with legal value, public tenders) have everything reviewed by a qualified professional before submitting. Bandolo saves you time in searching and in the first draft: it does not replace that check.

8. Liability and language

The limits of our liability are those set out in the Terms and Conditions, and apply only to the extent permitted by law: nothing on this page limits the rights the law grants to consumers. The document is available in Italian and in English: if the two versions differ, the Italian version prevails.
